Stop Spam Mails by Using Filters

In Outlook Express, you can use filters to get rid of unwanted Spam mail. Filters are the Message Rules, which basically read over emails before putting them into your Inbox folder. A number of tasks can be done, like blocking unwanted emails, organizing emails into various folders etc. Unfortunately, this is one of the most underutilized features in this application, but this feature helps you a great deal in saving your time and preventing your from trouble. So, simply get started with it

  1. Go to Tools à Message Rules à Mail
  2. Click Mail
  3. A box opens up
  4. This is the heart of various filters that you can create
  5. Apply the required filters or Message Rules
  6. Click Okay
  7. As you click Okay, the new rule will appear in Message Rules
  8. You can easily add more rules, modify any existing rule or can even remove the rules altogether

Note: - You want to switch Outlook Express emails to Outlook PST file format and Thunderbird you can using our DBX to Outlook software.
