Sending a Mail Message using MS Outlook Express

Following steps will make you learn the process of sending an e-mail in Outlook Express email application:

  1. First, you have to select New Message from the Message menu
  2. Then, click New Mail
  3. After you click, a New Message window will be displayed
  4. Now, type required e-mail address of the receiver in the To field
  5. In the Subject: filed, enter a subject line that clearly states the theme of your mail message telling clearly what is contained inside the email that you are sending. Subject identifies the topic of your message accurately and concisely
  6. Type required mail body contents in the message composition area
  7. Finally, click Send
